HALBSTARK would not be half as strong as it is if it didn’t also embrace the surrounding region, alongside the city of Münster. Organisers from cities and regions are invited to learn about international developments and current productions for 9- to 13-year-olds at the festival and to exchange ideas with others.
The NRW KULTURsekretariat (Wuppertal) has a special offer for its member cities during the 2013/2014 season. Selected international theatre productions can be booked under certain conditions. The aim is to strengthen and widen the theatre offer for 9- to 13-year-olds.
The following groups can be booked for the 2013/2014 season::
